    Digital Strategy E-Commerce & CRO

    Design and implementation of the E-Commerce website for the famous Italian brand on the Adobe Commerce platform.

Cycle was founded in 2000 and in just over a decade established itself internationally in the fashion scene, contributing to the birth of luxury jeanswear. In 2020, the brand was acquired by the Numero 8 group with the aim of relaunching the brand starting from the Italian market, up to Northern Europe and the Far East.

The denim culture and Made in Italy style of Cycle come to life in the design and user experience of the new E-Commerce website: navigation is simple and immediate, inviting users to discover every detail of the new collections for an engaging and authentic experience, especially thanks to the use of video to showcase the clothing both during category navigation and on product pages.

The customer is always at the center, both while browsing the site thanks to new payment systems and Clerk.io's machine learning, which handles Product Recommendations and personalized E-mail sending, and when visiting the brand's social media profiles where the shopping experience doesn't stop thanks to the implementation of Instagram Shopping.

Actions on digital channels are integrated into the brand's broader omnichannel strategy, distributed in over 200 multi-brand stores and attending Pitti Uomo starting from 2021.

The Cycle website is fully designed and developed by the Webgriffe team on the Adobe Commerce platform and is integrated with various company systems including ERP, headless CMS Contentful, and Mailchimp for email marketing and marketing automation.

The overall improvement of the E-Commerce project and in particular its performance is a key data-driven activity curated by Webgriffe, which regularly analyzes the main KPIs, monitors the customer experience, evaluates the results obtained, and proposes and implements solutions for conversion rate optimization.
